The Florey clinic provides a free, confidential, integrated sexual health service in Reading, Wokingham and West Berkshire providing a one stop shop for your sexual health and contraception needs. We won't share any information you give us with anyone outside the clinic without your permission unless we are worried about your safety.

The clinic is staffed by both male and female doctors and nurses who undertake assessments and examinations. Depending on your needs you may need to see more than one member of staff during your attendance.

Sex is a normal part of most people's lives. Whatever your sexuality or preference we are not here to judge but to help inform your choices and to support you to remain healthy.

This service is 'walk in and wait'.  Depending on your reason for attending the clinic you will be seen by the most appropriate member of staff.  This can mean there may be an extended wait to be seen.

All services are free and there are no prescription charges.

Please note, we endeavour to see everyone, however, if demand is high for any particular clinic we may ask you to return for the next clinic.

*If you identify as LGBTQ+ you are welcome to attend any of our clinics at any time. A specific LGBTQ+ service is provided at the Florey clinic every Monday 4-6.30pm. A specific MSM service is provided at the Florey clinic every Wednesday 8-10am*
